Proteinové ovesné vločky

The chocolate and nut mix is genuinely satisfying—the oats have a hearty texture and the cocoa comes through without being overly sweet. I've been having it post-workout and it keeps me full for hours, which is exactly what I needed.

I was skeptical about oats tasting like a dessert, but the chocolate and nut pieces are generously mixed in so every spoonful has some crunch. It keeps me full for a solid three hours after my morning workout, which is exactly what I needed.

The oats themselves hold up nicely even after sitting in my bag for a few hours, staying chewy rather than turning to paste. I do wish the nut pieces were a bit more evenly distributed, but the cocoa flavor is rich enough that I don't mind digging for them.
