Pre-workout Extreme Krydret Guava

The 200mg of caffeine hits smooth, no jittery crash, and the spicy guava twist keeps it from tasting like every other pre-workout. Mixed it with cold water and the kick was enough to push through a heavy leg day without that chalky aftertaste.

The pink lemonade flavor is a nice change from the usual pre-workout syrups, and that 5500mg of beta-alanine definitely delivers the tingles you expect. Mixes up smooth with no gritty leftover, which I appreciate when I'm chugging it before a 6am session.

The 200mg of caffeine hits fast, but what really sold me is that spicy guava kick—it’s bold without being cloying, and the 5000mg of L-Citrulline has me noticing way better pumps during my lifts. No jitters on the comedown, just a clean, focused energy that lasts the whole session.
