Shilajit Resin 15g & Shilajit Kapsler -Udholdenheds- & Styrkebooster/Mineralrig Udholdenhedsforstærker

I’d been hesitant about trying shilajit since the taste can be rough, but the capsules make it so easy to swallow with my morning tea. After about ten days, I’m noticing fewer afternoon slumps and a steadier push through my workouts. That mineral-rich boost is definitely doing something.

The resin's dark, sticky texture dissolves easily in warm water with a mild earthy taste—took it every morning for the past three weeks and my afternoon slump is noticeably gone. The capsules are handy for travel days when I don't want to fiddle with measuring.

I’ve been taking one capsule each morning with breakfast and the steady energy boost through the afternoon is exactly what I needed, no jitters or crash. The pack includes both the resin and capsules, which makes it easy to switch up how I take it depending on my day.
