Omega-3 1250mg Trippel styrke + Kalsium+ Avansert

The EPA and DHA levels are solid for the price—450 and 300 mg respectively—and I’ve noticed my knees don’t ache as much after my morning runs since starting these. Pairs fine with my daily multivitamin, no fishy aftertaste either.

I've been taking these with my morning multivitamin for about six weeks now, and the 450 mg of EPA per serving is the reason I picked them—my joints feel noticeably less creaky on my daily walks. The pills are surprisingly easy to swallow for a triple-strength size, which I didn't expect.

The higher EPA count at 450 mg actually made me feel more confident about switching, and I’ve noticed my joints feel less stiff during my morning walks since starting it. It’s a decent-sized pill, but I take it with food and have had no fishy aftertaste.
