Muscle Food 7 Nöt- & Fröpålägg Förpackning med 2

The texture is perfect for spreading on toast without being too oily, and I've noticed my afternoon energy stays steady after a spoonful. Two jars means I can keep one at work and one at home, which is honestly ideal for snacking.

I wasn't expecting two full jars for the price, and the blend is dense enough that a little goes a long way on my morning toast. The fiber and protein hit keeps me full through my workout without that heavy feeling.

I've been adding this to my morning oats and the nutty crunch from the seeds keeps me full way past lunch. Two jars in the pack means I don't panic when I finish the first one, and the protein kick is a nice bonus for my post-workout snack.
