I was skeptical about unflavored creatine since I'd been choking down sweet versions for years, but this one dissolves so cleanly in my water that I barely notice it's there. The quick absorption after my heavy lifting sessions has made a real difference in how fast I recover.

The micronized texture is a game changer—it stirs up clear in water with no clumps and no chalky aftertaste, which I wasn't expecting from an unflavored powder. I've been taking it daily before my sessions and the kick of energy during high-intensity intervals feels noticeably more consistent.

I’ve been using this before heavy lifting sessions and the unflavored micronized powder dissolves clean in my shake with zero grit. It’s purely creatine with no fillers, and I notice the energy kick for those last brutal reps feels noticeably stronger.
